Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
How to Request a Return
- Submit a request: Contact us at thechasinggreatness@gmail.com or use contact form with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval process: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value if the item is available in stock. To initiate an exchange, follow the steps outlined in the "How to Request a Return" section.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
